My Alamy collection is now easier to get to

I have created a new subdomain called alamy.nicklewis.net that will take you straight to the images I have available through Alamy.

Croydon Photoblitz

Yesterday I headed off for Croydon to take part in the “Croydon Photoblitz” that was arranged by Nfolio member Eric Hands. Eric had promoted the event around his home town of Croydon via means of flyers distrubuted to local stations, libraries and so on. We had a good turn out and hopefully have also promoted Nfolio in the process.

It was a brilliant day, great to meet some new faces as well as familiar ones from Nfolio.

Google maps

Just discovered a new feature that has been added to Google maps that allows you to create your own personalised maps. I think this may be very useful for this blog. Watch this space.

I have recently been exploring other avenues of photography and rediscovered my passion for nature in the process, this is one of the shots I took last weekend during a visit to Titchfield Haven down in the south of my home county, Hampshire.
