Last week we visited Wimborne Minster known locally as “The Minster” in the town of the same name, Wimborne, Dorset.
The Minster has existed for around 1300 years and is well known for its chained library, one of only 4 left in the World today. It was formerly a Benedictine Nunnery and Monastery long before that.
